Not even sure where to begin when writing this blog. I guess first off: Congratulations to Christina and James for their engagement!!! This couple reached out to me about doing engagement photos and wanted a “Dog-savvy photographer”. As most of you know that follow me I love dogs! So of course I was already excited about reading the rest of the email. After a few emails back and forth they sent a photo of them and their pups. After that I just couldn’t wait until their engagement session was here. These two wonderful souls adopted their two doggies and gave them a wonderful life. I could not have been more blessed to have met these two caring people and their beautiful pups that they have given an amazing life to. :) :) :) Please enjoy the photos and also if you are thinking about getting a dog… think about rescuing/adopting. Congrats to Christina and James!
Where is the best place to do Maternity-Family photos on labor day weekend with the thousands and thousands of people crowding the beaches of Lake Tahoe? Your backyard! I got to photograph this beautiful family and we had an absolute blast in the comfort of their backyard in Incline, NV. Congratulations to them!!!
What a wicked cool wedding this was! It all happened at Homewood, Lake Tahoe in the backyard of a private home where Hayley and Justin said “YES!”. All started with an epic first look on a long dock, then a picture perfect ceremony over looking the lake with gorgeous flowers from KO Floral Designs, the ring bearer, an awesome cat name Khaleesi, bringing the rings down the aisle, amazing food by Liberty Food and Wine, a crazy good toast by Dad, a beautiful calm night for “Golden Hour” photos, and then DANCING!
Darcy and I go way back, literally her whole life, and I was honored to have the opportunity to shoot her wedding. Darcy and Greg got married up at North Lake Tahoe. It was one of the cutest backyard weddings I have ever photographed! Congratulations, you two. I wish you the best!
Recently, I traveled to the big island of Hawaii where I got to shoot an amazing wedding for Mellisa and Jeremy. The setting was breathtaking with a rainbow for the ceremony and a stunning sunset after. Congratulations to the awesome couple! Thank you for the opportunity to be part of it!
Just a little road trip to Lake Tahoe, which started from Michigan, Nate surprised his girlfriend Jenna (Now Fiance) with a beautiful proposal overlooking Emerald Bay! These two are amazing people and I don’t think the surprise proposal could have gone any better. After Nate popped the question we took some time to create some wicked cool engagement photos.
Congratulations you two!
Had such a wonderful time photographing this family up in the Lake Tahoe and Truckee area. The colors were in full swing and the weather was perfect. It is so much fun capturing the kids personalities.
Suz & Adam were married at the Grand Granlibakken in Tahoe City, Lake Tahoe! It was such an amazing day for this fun couple. The weather was perfect, the venue was elegant, and the surrounding trees were whimsical. Congratulations, Suz and Adam!

It is always a fun experience to photograph a family each year and watch them grow. This years family shoot with Lyndsey and Dan included one more! They did their family session on the beautiful grounds of our Capital, Carson City.
Had a blast with these two on their fall engagement session! They did their e-session photos where they first met ... University of Nevada, Reno. Was the perfect day to capture their love. They shall be Hawaii bound very soon to get Maui'd!
Jenny & Mark married at the beautiful Mira Vista Country Club in the bay area. I can't say enough about this couple: fun loving, goofy, and adventurous. Even though it was the hottest day the bay area has seen in a while, at 110 degrees, this couple made it one of the "coolest" days ever. Can't express how excited I was to capture the memories of your wedding. Congratulations, you two!
